Service Description

We present availability and rates from independent rental companies operating at locations including Nadi International, Suva, Denarau, and the Coral Coast. Your confirmation email contains supplier contact details and pickup instructions. The voucher specifies vehicle class, inclusion terms, and deposit requirements at the counter.

Advance payment secures your reservation. The supplier handles vehicle handover, insurance verification, fuel policy, and return inspection according to their operating procedures.

Contractual Relationship

The rental contract exists between you and the provider. Rodavia is not party to that agreement. Suppliers set their own policies on driver age, licence validity, cross-island travel, insurance excess, and damage assessment.

Questions about vehicle condition, additional drivers, or extension requests go to the supplier during your rental period. Their staff apply the terms printed in your voucher and their standard conditions.

Liability and Responsibility

We transmit booking details accurately but do not control vehicle maintenance, road conditions on Queens Road or Kings Road, fuel availability at Total or Mobil stations, or weather events during cyclone season. The supplier bears responsibility for the mechanical state of the vehicle and adherence to Fiji's left-hand traffic regulations.

You accept liability for damages, fines, and toll charges as outlined in the rental agreement. Disputes over deposit refunds or excess claims are resolved with the provider.

Modifications and Cancellations

Cancellation and change policies appear in your booking confirmation. Some rates allow free cancellation up to a specified hour before pickup; others involve fees. Refund processing follows the supplier's timeline, typically within fourteen business days.

Website Use

You may browse rates and submit bookings for personal travel. Automated scraping, resale of vouchers, or transmission of false information violates these terms. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings that breach this policy.

Amendments

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in booking procedures or legal requirements. Continued use of the site after amendments constitutes acceptance. The version in effect at the time of your booking governs that transaction.
